This artwork was a cullmination of 3 different ideas conceived during a Telematic workshop at Performance Space in Sydney Australia. The course held by Johannes Birringer from the 1st untill the 6th of March 2006.
The final artwork changed greatly from the original concept but the general idea remains the same. That is to simulate a dinner party accross a network where the meal consists of words and images as a live video feed. More specificly the artwork is a performance involving a 3 main sites. They are the 'visitor' or diner table where the menu is offered by a 'waiter' and ordered by writing or drawing on the table, this is sent to the 'kitchen' where the meal is prepared through a keyword search in google, this then feeds to the performer table where the meal is digested through a performance.
